Paul’s authentic focus on employee wellbeing, longstanding relationships, and technical aptitude is derived from his 30+ years of navigating the intelligence community. His passion for growing small businesses with a focus on employee wellness inspired him to craft the benefit and ownership incentives that make Set of X a source of key talent in the intelligence sector and commercial marketplace.

Set of X is Paul’s second start-up, with his previous years being spent as owner and founder of Prime Solution LLC. Prior to Set of X, he spent over 30 years as an engineer and business owner directly supporting the US Intelligence community.

Paul holds a BAS in Physics from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
