Quentin’s passion for helping employees advance and achieve their personal and professional objectives mirrors his love for growing small businesses that deliver on challenging customer missions. Along with his 25+ years in the intelligence community, Quentin’s focus on building honest and lasting relationships combined with his keen sense for the nuances in government contracting make him a force in the intelligence community.

Prior to Set of X, Quentin spent 16 years at Praxis Engineering where as a Vice President, he led a P&L unit with over $100M in annual revenue. Before Praxis, he was a Vice President and board member at CSTI, a venture capital-backed small business defense contractor where he held various leadership roles in program management, operations, and business development.

Quentin continues his two decades of involvement with AFCEA Central Maryland and is a former Chapter Chairman and President. He holds a BSEE from Drexel University, an MSEE from Johns Hopkins University, and a mini-MBA from Stanford University.
